Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions explain the general basis on which YLXH OUTDOOR POWER (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides website information, quotations, portable power products, and OEM/ODM services to business customers.

Specific order details are confirmed separately in writing. Where these general terms differ from a mutually agreed sales contract, the order-specific agreement takes priority, subject to applicable law.

1. Website Information

Our website introduces portable power stations, compatible solar panels, and related business services.

Product images, application examples, and descriptions are provided to assist with product selection. Please confirm the specifications and configuration of your selected model with our team before placing an order.

Information on the website does not replace the product manual, a confirmed quotation, or an agreed sales contract.

2. Enquiries & Order Confirmation

Customers should provide accurate company details, contact information, product requirements, quantities, and delivery information.

Before an order is confirmed, both parties should review the relevant details, including:

  • Product models, specifications, and quantities.
  • Customization requirements, where applicable.
  • Pricing, currency, and payment arrangements.
  • Packaging, inspection, and shipping requirements.
  • Estimated production and delivery schedules.

Submitting an enquiry or quotation request does not by itself confirm an order. Orders proceed following written confirmation and fulfilment of the agreed payment requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment

Website prices, where displayed, are for reference unless expressly confirmed for an order. Final pricing depends on the selected configuration, quantity, customization, and delivery arrangements.

Payment methods, payment schedules, and quotation validity are specified in the confirmed quotation, pro forma invoice, or sales agreement.

Shipping, insurance, taxes, customs duties, and other charges are included only where expressly stated.

If a pricing error is identified, we will contact the customer to clarify it before proceeding. Changes to a confirmed order will be discussed and agreed in writing.

4. Product Availability & Production

Availability and production schedules depend on the selected products, quantities, materials, and customization requirements.

Estimated lead times will be discussed during order confirmation. If circumstances affect the agreed schedule, we will communicate with the customer and discuss suitable arrangements.

Requests to change or cancel a confirmed order will be reviewed according to its production status, committed costs, and agreed terms.

5. OEM & ODM Customization

Customization options depend on the selected model and project requirements.

Customers should review and approve the relevant specifications, artwork, branding, packaging, or samples before production, as applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide, including logos and designs, may lawfully be used for the requested purpose.

Changes requested after approval may affect pricing and delivery schedules. Any adjustments will be discussed before implementation.

6. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before transportation begins, the freight forwarding company will inspect the goods against the acceptance criteria provided by the buyer and confirmed for the order.

Shipment will proceed only after the goods pass the agreed inspection. Any discrepancies identified during inspection will be discussed and addressed before dispatch.

Inspection records and other relevant documents may be used to support the review of any subsequent order or delivery concerns.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, delivery destinations, insurance arrangements, and the allocation of costs and risks are determined by the confirmed order and applicable shipping terms.

Customers should provide accurate recipient details and communicate any destination-specific documentation or import requirements before shipment.

Transit and customs clearance times may vary. If a delay or delivery issue occurs, we will work with the customer and relevant logistics providers to review the situation and discuss practical next steps.

8. Returns & Customized Orders

For wholesale orders, returns are generally not accepted after goods have passed the agreed inspection and been dispatched.

Products made to customer-approved branding, appearance, packaging, specifications, or other customization requirements are supplied on a non-returnable basis.

Customers may still raise concerns about product conformity, quality, or delivery. These concerns will be reviewed against the confirmed requirements, inspection records, and sales agreement.

Any exception or alternative arrangement requires prior written agreement. Please contact us before arranging a return.

9. Shipping Damage & Claims

If goods arrive damaged or a delivery discrepancy is identified, please notify us and the freight forwarder promptly.

Where possible, retain the packaging and provide photographs, videos, delivery records, and other relevant evidence.

The buyer, YLXH OUTDOOR POWER, and the freight forwarding company will review the circumstances and discuss responsibility, any applicable compensation, and settlement arrangements in accordance with the order, shipping terms, and available evidence.

Further details are set out in our Inspection, Returns & Claims Policy.

10. Product Use & After-Sales Support

Products should be used, charged, stored, and maintained according to their model-specific instructions.

Customers should confirm that the selected products meet their equipment requirements and intended applications before use.

Warranty coverage, support arrangements, and any associated costs are determined by the confirmed order and applicable requirements. We do not apply a single warranty period to every model through these general terms.

For assistance, please provide the product model, order number, and a description of the issue. Our team will review the information and discuss appropriate support.

11. Intellectual Property & Privacy

Website materials are owned by YLXH OUTDOOR POWER or used with the permission of their respective owners. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Please obtain permission before reproducing or using website content commercially.

Personal information supplied through enquiries, orders, and other communications is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Responsibility & Resolution

Each party’s responsibilities are determined by the confirmed sales agreement, applicable shipping terms, and relevant law.

If a concern arises, we encourage prompt communication and a review of the available records. We aim to resolve issues through good-faith discussions and practical, mutually acceptable arrangements.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or business practices. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Updates will not change an already confirmed order unless agreed by the parties or required by applicable law.
