Inspection, Returns & Claims Policy

At YLXH OUTDOOR POWER, we value clear communication and long-term cooperation. Our approach focuses on pre-shipment inspection and resolving any concerns through fair and practical discussions.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

Before shipment, the freight forwarding company will inspect the goods against the acceptance criteria provided by the buyer and confirmed for the order.

Shipment will proceed only after the goods pass inspection. Any discrepancies identified during inspection will be discussed and addressed before transportation begins.

Return Arrangements

For wholesale orders, returns are generally not accepted after the goods have passed the agreed inspection and been dispatched.

If any concerns arise, please contact our team so that we can review the circumstances together and discuss an appropriate solution. Any exception to the return arrangements requires prior written agreement.

Customized Products

Products made to customer-approved requirements, including customized branding, appearance, packaging, or specifications, are supplied on a non-returnable basis.

This does not prevent customers from raising concerns about their orders. Any issues will be reviewed with reference to the confirmed specifications, inspection records, and order agreement.

Shipping Damage & Claims

If goods arrive damaged or other delivery issues are identified, please notify us and the freight forwarder promptly. Where possible, retain the packaging and provide photographs, videos, and relevant delivery records to support the review.

The buyer, YLXH OUTDOOR POWER, and the freight forwarding company will review the available evidence and discuss responsibility, any applicable compensation, and a practical resolution. Compensation amounts and settlement arrangements will be agreed based on the circumstances and the applicable order and shipping terms.

Communication & Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us before arranging any return or other action. Our team will work with the parties involved to seek a mutually acceptable solution.

This policy should be read together with the confirmed sales agreement and applicable legal requirements.
